of paradise? Dream no longer because we begin regular service to
Mauritius from 8 March 2022. Initially, there will be two flights
per week from just R4700* between Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam
International Airport and OR Tambo International Airport. Ticket
sales are already open, so, if you need a break and feel like
venturing beyond SA's borders, the white, sandy beaches and
crystal-clear waters of Mauritius are not so far away!
Visa Eligibility Criteria:
A valid passport,
where the expiry date is beyond the intended period of
stay.
A valid return or
onward ticket to the country of residence
A confirmed booking
for accommodation
Enough funds to
meet the costs of stay
A pledge not to
engage in any profit-making activities
Entry Requirements:
Vaccinated Guests need to be fully
vaccinated with a mandatory COVID-19 insurance health cover
and present a negative PCR test to be taken 72 hours before
departure. A COVID-19 test will have to be taken upon arrival
and on day 5 of your stay.
Unvaccinated Guests must present a
negative PCR test taken 72 hours before departure. It is
mandatory to have a COVID-19 insurance health cover. You will
be required to book a quarantine stay, where you will be
required to stay in your hotel room for 14 nights. Upon arrival
you will be required to take a PCR test, again on day 7 and
day 14. After a negative PCR test on day 14, you can freely
explore the island and move to new accommodation or go
home.
